* Payment is required in full within 24hrs of booking unless the places will be readvertised.
* There is a one week cancellation policy, if cancelled with more than this time then refund will be given minus £5 per payment for admin or credit in full amount to be used within 6 months. If cancelled less than a week before the session no refund will be given.
*Weather conditions - if we deem it to be unsafe to ride out then a refund will be given in full. Rides will not be cancelled because it is raining!
